*20  Observed the sanitizer solution to be too weak at the following location(s): dishmachine. The three-bay sink will be used until the dishmachine is repaired. A follow-up will occur after 15 days. 15 Days
*30  Observed the following locations to have improper backflow prevention: left hand side of mop sink hose connection. Provide for all hose attachments to have backflow prevention installed before or at the threaded faucet. 15 Days
*31  Observed the following handsink(s) to be inaccessible: bar handsink with pan in it. Provide for all handsinks to be accessible at all times to assure that proper handwashing occurs. Immediate/Onsite
*35  Observed the following outer openings to not be self-closing and/or tight fitting: solid kitchen door to outside not self-closing and screen door not tight fitting with a torn screen and gap at the bottom. Provide for the solid door to be self-closing and/or the screen and sweep to be replaced on the screen door. 15 Days
Observed potatoes stored on the floor in the kitchen storage room and foods stored on the kitchen prep table under a water line that appeared to have been dripping at one time. Store all foods at least 6" off of the floor and in a manner to prevent potential contamination. Next Inspection
